Adult Courses Novices can join a ‘Taster Session' to try out this exciting indoor sport. Courses are run throughout the year for novices to gain the skills necessary to use the centre independently. Experienced Adult Climbers - we run various courses aimed at improving your climbing skills and can offer coaching on either a 1:1 or group basis. Courses include: Improvers, Lead Climbing, Abseiling,Training for Outdoors, Coaching and the new Climbing Wall Award qualification. Parent Supervisor Courses - teach parents the skills necessary to safely bring their children indoor climbing (without actually having to climb themselves).
